Its hard to say if it is a guy or a girl doing it.
A guy pissed at you, and is a that big of a D**K to mess with a car, would really do something horrible. Coke on the paint, brkae fluid, etc, etc, etc.
A girl would do the little things like that, but since they are baloons and silly string it seem more party like.
Was there any partys at the complex when you were gone? I am assuming it was only your car that had this happen?
Either way, get a car cover that locks and use it when you go away for more then a few days.

no, I took the car with me, we drove it to Dallas and back to Little Rock. We got home @ 10:45 Tuesday night, and when I walked out to my car the next morning to go to class, there it was

If that were the case I wouldve called the cops. I didnt because this is something petty that took about 10 minutes to fix. It just chapped my ass that some dickhead decided to F'k with my car for no apparent reason.
Ive said it before, if someone has a problem with me, Id rather they kick me in the nuts than mess with my car. That way after I get back up and ice the twins down, I know whos ass to stick my foot up.
