ok ok so,....... things went bad for the ford team but we still won.

I managed to pull 1.8 60's on my STREET TIRES, and do a 12.80's at 110mph. All in all I'm good. Tyler broke his half-shaft, not a good day for him, and I'm sry I'm to drunk right now to remember your real name, but MyFordsFly blew his tranny on the first pratice run. Then at the end of mikes last run he blew a tranny line, but was fixed later. good time,.... I got some good times in though,....

i was out there as well and got to talk to some of you guys. Man i love both that 86 gt and the 82. And that twin turbo'd regal went 9.30 holy ****, talk about a sleeper!

I talked to Kent about some kind of trailer availability for the team. When you are running low 12's - 11's in a street car with a stick, chances are you are going to break sooner or later. The Chevy guys are great about towing people home but they do take advantage of the chance to tease us a bit (completely understandable).

The Ford team had 11 cars of 21 remaining in the third round. We had 6 red-lights from that group! Oh well, we won the trophy and we'll be back next year. I think we can continue to build on this, especially since Mustangs are the only pony cars being built right now. I see more new ones at the track each time I go.
