Car cutting out after 2000rpms

I have a 95 GT, we just put ported GT-40 heads, F-cam, U/L intake manifold, throttel body, CAI, MSD 6AL ignition box, Blaster 3 coil, holley 255 pump, Aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure reg., cap, rotor, and autolite 764 gapped to 42.

Car will start and idle fine, but when it is under a load ie driving, it starts to cut out at 2000 and will barly make it to 3000

Have you pulled codes?

I'd check for spark leak - it can rear its head right where you're at. Also, if you haven't, bypass the box and see if the issue abates.
