Car dies when turning right EVERYTIME!

Really confused on this one!

If i am turning RIGHT and then accelerate for maybe 10 feet it bogs down and if i try to give it any gas or floor it doesnt do anything like i have no throttle. then as soon as i push the clutch in it dies. because im rolling to a stop.

Sometimes it will start right up.. other times it takes as long as a min to get it to start.

I turn left i have no problems what so ever! if i drive straight no problems i can floor it or drive normal no cut outs or bog down

ive checked all grounds wiggled everywire in the car while its running..

only throwing these codes

im taking a long shot here but maybe something is getting pinched in the coulmn when u turn the wheel only that way and thats why its killing the car off ?

Doesn't apear to be. i have all the covers off under the coloume. i've checked everything wiggled everything and turned the wheel right and left everything seems to be fine and everything pluged in

I would consider a bad baffle in the fuel tank or a bad inertia switch. Can you have someone monitor fuel pressure while making a problematic right turn?

My buddies 90 lx had this problem, the baffle in the tank was completly shot. I suggest running it close to empty and whack that tank a good one. I bet you here someting loose in there!!

i have prob 6 gallons of gas in there. I shook the back end and im pretty sure i can hear something loose in the tank. but i need to get it lower to see. I do need to get a fuel gauge and have one person check it when it dies real quick.. i will let you guys know...

i bet its the baffle. really only thing that makes sense

JB Weld is suitable to secure the baffle IF you clean the mating surfaces of the baffle and tank. Acetone is the recommended cleaning agent. Be sure to locate the baffle correctly and then epoxy it in place. Some strong magnets may be helpful to hold the baffle in place, and can even be left in place if you happen to cover them with the epoxy. Then let it sit overnight after putting gas back in it so that the epoxy has a chance to completely cure. Put the tank some place warm since this will speed the epoxy cure and strengthen the bond.

so i got a tank from a buddy for 50 bucks. Ordered a 255lph fuel pump..

Took down the tank tonight and turns out the baffle in the tank was completely SHOT!

Noticed a huge improvment in driving and power! maybe my fuel pump was going slowly!? but car feels great and its not turning off during right turns!

I was just getting ready to post the same thing when I saw the thread title. Spot on! Sounds like its a common problem, as my brother's 90LX did the same thing

They are partitions in the tank that keep the fuel from running away from the fuel pump intake, prefferably upon acceloration, deceloration, and hopefully left and right turns.

be careful moving the tank with the loose baffle. mine just did it too. when i was moving the tank i tipped it up. the baffle came crashing down and almost took my finger off.
