car is messin up

i cant figure out whats wrong with it. When i get on it it feels like the tranny picks upand starts floating around and it feels like its loosin power.!? any ideas? i was thinkin maybe a broken motor or tranny mount but both are fine any help is appreciated.thanks

nevermind

i was double checkin everything and i noticed that the tranny mount is fudged up.
