car might be rich

not sure but i think its running rich. as soon as i turn my car on and dont move, itll start to smell gassy, but that might be cuz i got dumps under the car. when i floor it, it usually takes a sec. to downshift (auto) but occasionally when i floor it it will drop rpms, bogs down a bit them shifts. finally my mpg sucks. right now i have an 1/8 of a tank left and i have gone 140 miles. not sure what size my gas tank is but i think im looking at like 12 mpg how do i lean it out if im running rich? could there be another problem that makes my mpg drop? iv got a heavy foot, but it shouldnt be 12

My cobra will make your eyes burn in about 5mins or less I was told to live with it due to the cam and no cats.

Pull your codes. Even if the CEL isn't on, you can still have a code stored. A sensor might be going bad. My MAF went out (AGAIN!!!) and I was running pig rich, and getting horrible mpg.
