car pops out of gear

I have a hard time shifting into 2nd sometimes and lately now after i do get it into 2nd it will just pop out of gear into neutral. I have a recently rebuilt T-5 that i just put in a couple months ago and its got a pro 5.0 shifter on it .. does anybody have any ideas why it might do this?

Check the stops on the base. Could need adjusted some.

I'll second that. I had the same problem with mine. Backed off the shift stops and hasn't happened since.

shifter stops... don't over back them off.. cuz then u defeat the purpose of shifter stops
