My 95 gt runs hot only with the ac on while driving at highway speeds
sometimes it runs cool and sometimes it runs really hot
I was thinking of taking out the thermostat to see if it will help it run cooler
what do yall think about that

Per a stock or aftermarket gauge?

Do you have the little air dam under the car?

Good luck.

Mine was doing the same thing, I have the air dam and everything. I decided it was my gauge that was actually messed up. I have a new water temp and oil pressure gauge on the way to my house.

Im going by the stock gauge but when the ac is off it runs between the o and the r and when the ac is on it runs past the l. When i turn off the ac it goes right back to the o and the r. I did buy the air deflector from 50 resto cause mine was missing.

Well I can gaurantee the motor dosent cool down that fast. You more than likely have a bad gauge. I am selling a phanthom II one if you are interested in it.
