I'm thinking about going to carsponsorships.com and getting my car sponsored... has anyone heard any horror stories or stories of praise? the fee is 99 dollars and I'm wondering if it's worth it. if there are any other places similar that have good reports let me know. Thanks.

That's not sponsorship.

usually with sponsorship, you sign a contract in which someone gives you X parts and you need to bring your car to X number of car shows or events and basically advertise the parts for them. You have to put stickers on the car and all this other crap. Basically you get free stuff, but your car becomes basically advertisement for them and you have a responsibility to do so.

ONLY real sponsorships are for cars that compete at events, anything else is a scam to get you to pay to run their stickers.

just noticed that, if you had a 4cyl stang you'd want to get sponsored so you could buy the other half of your engine
