Car stalled and bogs

I have 95 GT 5 speed with 4:10 gears and frpp auburn posi and cat back exhaust.
This month my car stalled out of the blue twice and i can't find any problem with the car???
and somtimes i have hard time starting.
When i go pass 4500 rpm full throttle in 2nd gear car seems to bog.
do i just need a tune up? i have no idea...
i just had tranny rebuilt with new oem gears and put new mas/maf sensor and changed the belt.
where do i start looking for the problem?
any comments will be very helpful

I would say you have 2 problems: the hesitation and the shifting.

Hesitation: When did you put in the MAF, before or after the problem started? Do you have a CAI kit? Is it new or recently oiled?

Hard shifting: How many miles? New clutch or old? How about the cable, FWA, and quadrant?

i put in the new maf about a month ago and no i dont have cai kit everything is stock including the intake.
And my rearend start making poping noise when i back up. is it because auburn posi?

Does it throw any codes? Your CEL may not necessarily come on to have any stored. I'm not sure about Auburn units, but I wouldn't think it should cause a popping when you reverse. Does it just make a single pop, or repetitive?
