I was out driving the other day and all of a sudden my car started sputtering and running really rich. From looking at my wideband it's usually @14.7 driving nicely but now it's 13's off the gas and as soon as i give it a little gas it goes 9-9 to 10.3 and fuming out the pipes. Any idea whats going on. I looked for vacuum leaks, pulled the plug's and they're black sooty, tried a new O2 sensor with no help. Here is the codes i'm getting
