ugh...
I'll try to keep this explanation short...
Now that it's becoming colder out, when I start my car (cold) it'll start up fine and then die in about 3 seconds.
There is also a weird hissing sound coming from the passenger side near the firewall whenever I accelerate and the car is cold. This sound is gone in a couple blocks of driving.
I think my heater core is dead (or on the way out)...are these symptoms at all connected? I also pulled codes that stated the car was running lean. Before I spent 45 bucks on the fuel pressure and vaccuum gauges, I wanted to see what you guys suggested.
Thanks for any help
