Sometimes when I start my stang in the cold it takes an extra second or 2 to turn over. It's a manual. Should I be worried? the car's still under warranty with the dealer so if t here's a problem I can take it back to them
Try leaving the key in the on position for a few seconds to let fuel pressure built up. When the fuel lines get cold over night, the pressure in the lines will drop.

Oh, that sounds like the known problem of diffcult hot start. Most commonly happens when getting gas. It is a known issue, there is no fix, and the workaround is already posted above in the thread.
