car wont idle sometimes

i have been dealing with this for some time now. when i start the car it will just stall,then i start it again same thing it just stalls.does not really matter weather its cold or hot. i replaced the iac motor, checked vacume and set tps voltage to .96.it does not always stall when i start the vehicle it seems to be intermitly.i the car idles at 750 should i set the idle at more like a 950 because of the e cam.

Try this, unplug your IAC and set the idle as low as it can go without almost dying, hook the IAC back up and the idle should be set good. Try that and see if it fixes your problem, because 750 seems a bit low
