this is what i have:
2000 shortblock w/cobra crank, heads shaved .03, comp cams xe268 .500 lift, bullit intake, cobra 57mm tb, anderson powerpipe, new fms 19# injectors, steeda pullies, mac l/t headers, dr. gas x-pipe, flowmasters 40 series, and custom tuned(delk performance) chipmaster revolution flip chip for 125 shot. i have cleaned the iac, no luck. installed the new injectors, no luck. i took it back to delk and it spent 8-9 hrs on the dyno to work on the idle problem, no luck. all he could say was i had a "hard problem" and it wasnt a tuning issue. i was in michigan in august and it ran perfect. never stalled idle surge or nothing. idled perfect at 800-900 rpm's cams sounded perfect. i am at my ropes end, almost to the point to sell everything. after the motor install i dynoed and it made 377hp/484tq at the wheels in june 04 after i took it back to delk to work on the program and lean it out about 1-1.5 points i dynoed it and made 356hp/506tq. in october 04 now i am confused lost 20 hp but gained 20 tq. but it still dont idle. anybody else have this problem? please help
i done all of the modifications at the same time. Delk Performance in Lebanon, TN done all the work. The car has never idled right since the new motor. it is a 96 gt w/ 2000 motor. but the idle problems have progressevly gotten worse. when i start the car, it will go up to 16-1800 rpm then slowly drop down to a 1000 after about 10 sec. it will start idle surging dropping down to 600 then up to 1200 and eventually die. it will run if i lay my foot on the gas pedal before it starts to surge. but its kinda hard to do that and brake at the same time. but it dont make sense cause it ran perfect in michigan, but not now. i will be changing the plugs in the next few days, but i checked them about a month ago they looked fine. the car dont miss during regular driving or under hard acceleration. IT JUST WONT IDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thanx for your comments and advice

Did you check the IAC or EGR system? Either one of these will effect the idle. I always start with simple things and go from there. Pearl02.
