1995 Mustang. Pulled her under carport yanked out dash (been here before) and replaced Heater core. Now after replacing the core, the starter will not engage. Fuel pump runs, doors ding, got power everywhere else just starter will not spin.
I ran a continuity test with my VM between starter ignition wire (white with pink strip) and starter solenoid hot side and I get continuity even with clutch down and up, so now I'm confused. I have a quarter horse on the ECU so I opened up my laptop and plugged in to the USB and I can read the stock ECU and upload so ECU seems to be functioning.
checked all fuses don't see any problems.
Any thoughts on next trouble shooting steps?
