car wont start, hi-6 ticks

car started earlyer today i installed a cd player and there was a spark when a wire touched the metal under the dash....now car wont start...my crane hi 6 ticks like crazy id otn knwo whats going on i checked the fuses and they all seemed fine any ideas?

You probally fried the ignition. Does it start if bypassed? If so you now know why they say to disconnect the battery before attempting an installation.
