A friend of mine is selling his 99 GT and I'd like to tryto pick it up...he's asking $10k but to me that sounds a bit high for a car with ~100k on the clock even though it's still in excellent condition. I'm thinking of offering him about $8600...do you guys think this sounds fair enough?

-99 GT w/ a little over 100k on it.
-5spd
-Mach sound system
-everything else is stock.

need help kinda fast though so the more info you guys could give I would greatly appreicate, thanks in advance!

That's what I was thinking as well...do you guys think my offer of $8600 sounds fair enough considering that kbb says it's only worth 7XXX?
