I bought a Weiand Action Plus Intake and Holley Street Avenger 570 cfm. I didn't receive the carb yet its on the way. My question is what will I need to install both of them? I went over the instructions with the intake. This is what it says to buy:
Intake Manifold Gasket set
Thermostat housing gasket
Form-a-gasket
Spray gasket adhesive
Pipe plugs
Carburetor base gasket

I want to replace all of the intake bolts and carb studs too. I assume I am using the Standard carb studs. As for the intake I haven't taken anything apart yet. I was hoping somebody would know whether to use 12-point or hex bolts. I want to make sure I have everything before I start. Are there any tricks I should know before installing?

It will make it much easier to get the intake set in place without moving the gasket with intake studs from arp. You just set the intake down on the studs, and it won't push or move your intake gaskets at all. Also, use a thick bead of silicone on the ends instead of using the cork gaskets... Get a new distributor o-ring, easier to replace it now, then it leak when it's back together. Make sure you don 't over torque the intake studs/bolts... Cause they will strip easy. Star pattern and about 15-20lbs.
