Carb or EFI

You better specify what your demands are for the car.

These threads/discussions can get pretty heated, so put on a flame suit for when the responses start coming in.

My opinion,
EFI kicks @$$ in every way!

I plan on using forced induction (probably turbo) and want to push 500 hp. I want it dependable, but it's not going to be a daily driver. It's going in my 91' lx coupe.

For a car with a turbo, EFI is the best choice. It will be more expensive, but it will allow greater flexablity in tuning.

I hope you have a Dart or Man-O-War engine block in your plans. The stock blocks start to split down the middle at 500 HP. Do a search here on Stangnet. I have seen some pretty amazing pictures of the damage when the block splits.
