carbon fiber hood?

hey guys, i attended the Sema show this year and it was a great outcome! At first, i didn't care for the carbon fiber hoods, but after getting up close and checking some out, i really like them. I have a 07 vista blue gt, its got basic bolt ons, lowered on 20's now.
My question to you is how would a 2 inch carbon fiber cowl look? My future plans are to build some custom 3 piece wheels (yes it rocks being a machinist/designer), gt500 front and rear fasicas, and anything else in between i can cut out on the cnc's...which is pretty much limitless.

Does it have the carbon fiber look or is painted to match? Personally I think the carbon fiber look is to ricey. The only advantage to the carbon fiber hood is weight, IMHO.

i think it looks pretty f'n sexy..

i thought about getting one for my car evenually if not i might just get a cowl and paint it black or something i dont know... but i wont be buying jack **** for awhile..

I have a two inch cowl but mines not CF its fiberglass... if you like it bro than go for it, the down side for me was cost...

Had a CF Saleen Extractor on my 04 for about 5 years.. they fade after a while but other than that the look factor = sex

i really want to put CF hood on my torch red stang but $$ is the issue so saving up

too "ricey" I think to slap on a mustang...
