Fox Carburetor or Throttle body

My plans to build a N/A 600hp 393w. Which would be more effective, Holley efi (carb style) or a throttle body w/elbow intake? Id appreciate reasons for answers!

Sequential EFI it the stock method for fuel injection; and any system that uses something else is giving away either some performance or drivability. Make your choice accordingly.

+10000 full sequential, spend the money now dont look back. It's the best option for a streetcar, race car it does not matter batchfire will make just as much peak power.
