how hard is it to install a replacement carpet? jus remove the seats and center consol and lay it out, poke some holes and some trimming? or is it alot harder than it seems? i seem them going for right over $100 seems like it be worth it

Replace any bolts you remove to take out any components and make a list of anything you want to come through the carpet...Fuel pum relay, lumbar power etc. Place the carpet in starting at the front and work backwards. Once the carpet is in place and the ebrake and shifter are located and cut through....just cut an "X" over the bolts on the floor and push them through the carpet so the locations will be bang on. Check your list of items to be pulled through the carpet. Once the check list is complete then trim any excess carpet (usually is some at the sides and very front to have it seat properly...but trim LAST. Then you can proceed to install all the componenets you removed.

pretty damn easy, i went the wrong way with mine. I didnt know that 50 resto sold them so i bought boat carpet that was not pre-molded and came out like crap! so pay the extra money lol
