Has anyone else had the little plastic hook in the carpet that holds the floor mat in place on the driver's side come loose? Mine did. Apparently the fix is to replace the entire carpet, which was nice
On to the vent... I'm on my 4th, you read that right, 4th Skipper 500. Every stinking time I have to tell them about re-programming the computer. This last time, they finally did that part right, but they left the vents, etc. unplugged when the swapped the radio
The dealership said that you should burn CDs with Windows Media Player instead of iTunes - has anyone else heard this? It seems fishy, but I'm going to try it - less time wasted doing that than taking it back to the dealer again.
