Hey guys, so now i got the new fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs, air filter, rotor and cap in but my car is still running weird. My car runs real ruff and never gets full power. I have a K&N Air filter mounted directly on the plastic assembly around the MAF and the original air filter housing is removed. If the MAF is unplugged my car constantly wants to stall but once its got full throttle I have all the power that I'm suppose to and will go sideways. I reconnected the MAF because of the fact it was stalling all over, but somethings wrong. So i tried taking the MAF out and I checked the contacts, they have alot of white powder on them but i didn't have any dielectric contact cleaner. So now my question, Is it definately the MAF causing the problem, can i fix the stock MAF, and if not should i go for an aftermarket one?

Do a search on how to clean the MAF as I'd try that first. If you need to buy one my dad recently bought the professional mass air systems 80mm MAF. This is the comapny that was started by old pro-m employees, and they have the rights to the pro-m name so if you see that it is now a meter from them. the car wouldn't even start with the C&L if the chip was removed, and it will now run without the chip.

He bought it from Anderson because they had them in stock at the time, but I'd check other places to see if you can find a better price.
