... for the moment. damn thing still doesn't shift right

$3500 to rebuild the tranny, take the headers, steering column and sway bar off and put them back on, screw around with the shifter, install the brake upgrade, and fumble around with the wiring for a few hours.

the mid-length headers arrived today

i have the mm adjustable control arms in the trunk

the manual valve body is on order

it's sitting in the street in front of my house and i am afraid to drive it

i just want to be able to get in the car and go somewhere without any hassles

2 more months, 4 thousand dollars, and still no progress

will this nitemare ever end?

So what if it's not running optimally. I'd just drive it easy and enjoy it till the new stuff arrives.

Kinda miss the old 5 speed set-up dont ya?

Good luck!

you guys are right. guero and adam have both been through the ringer more than have i.

and at least i sold some of the parts from my 331 buildup ... the heads, the intake, and the cam

that manual VB had better solve the problem

maybe i'll drive it gently a little

You have been through a lot Chris :bang:

Hope it all comes together for you ... SOON :D

That was a bunch of stuff to change all at once

You'd have to expect a few bugs would need to be worked out :Word:

but

Man O Man ... You seem to have had more than your fair share of em :(

Hang in there my friend :nice:
