Whats the best way to remove the stock cat-back hangers? should the cut over the axle be made first to allow removal? did you just knock the rubber isolators off with a hammer?

Unbolt all the hangers, cut the stock catback in front of the axle as high as possible.

Oh yeah, when trying to remove/install the rubber muffler hangers:

Like I said, unbolt them so you can transfer the rubber hangers away from the car, where you have room to work. Use some Dawn dish soap or the equivalent to help you slide them on and off. DO NOT USE WD-40! I've heard WD-40 can break down rubber or something.
