Cat question.....

Im in the process of piecing together a budget exhaust system, consisting of longtube headers, and im not sure which catback. Im gonna be doing all the piping in-between. Im tryin to go as cheap as I can with cats. Would I be chokeing my exhaust by putting these on?

i don't think you will be choking it. there are plenty of cali stangers the have to deal with emissions, they make lots of HP with cats.

I didnt mean it like that, I meant are those paticular cats any good? the price seems a little too good to be true.

It would be great if the manufacturer could supply you with flow ratings on the cats. There are many out there who quote "high flow" -- but without flow numbers, it's anybody's guess what that means. An outfit like www.randomtechnology.com will provide you with cfm ratings on their product. But they ain't cheap....and there's usually a reason.
