catback worth it?

I have flows dumped right now with the mods listed below, should i get a mac cat-back or will there be no power gain and i should spend $300 else where?

Elsewhere. Put that $300 into gears or LT's(MAC LT's are $329)

Use it for those gears you're gonna get, catback's don't give that much more power than what you're already getting with the flows, at least not enough for the amount of money you're going to spend.
