I am getting ready to order Steeda sport springs and Mach 1 shocks and struts. Do I need CC plates for this combo?

Offtopic, and i hate to knock your thread offtopic, though where are you going to buy your mach 1 shock/struts from? Price?

I also heard GEFracing.com has them.

I paid 179 for the set...

C/C plates aren't necessary for anything under a 1.5" drop.. and steedas are a nice 1.25" so you are fine.
