i would surmise that the mark 8 fan flows the most CFM's - i have no hard data.

good luck.

how about a taurus sho fan, i was working on one today and it has dual fans, would that be a good setup also or is that not worth the hassle compared to the lincoln

i have never seen numbers on the SHO fan (is it for a 3.0L 24 valve Yammie motor?)

i dont think you will find a fan that is much more of a PITA to do than a mark 8. gotta trim the shroud and they eat conventional relays at times; a Bosch 75 amper is a minimum (mark 8 fan can draw over 100 amps upon startup!!).

sorry i dont know about the SHO fan, but im interested.

good luck and bump for ya.

it has a 3.2 in it. it's a 95. the fans are fully shrouded and they look like they flow good cfm's. anybody have any pics or any tech write ups on the mark 8 fan or any fan listed above.

Try www.dccontrol.com -- they sell fans and the best control system out there - varies the current and speed of the fan so it only runs as fast a speed as needed to cool the car. B. Baskin there can tell you the cfm of the fans you're considering. Email him at support@dccontrol.com. Also, another possibility is the SPAL dual 11" fully shrouded fan set up. Pulls 2780 cfm. I run it on mine - MORE than sufficient at cooling the engine with air.
