Change front brake pads......car is only using rear brakes now!!!!

:bang: Well I did everything I was told. loosened the flluid line to let some fluid out, unbolted the two nuts, took caliper off and removed rotors, put new ones in and put it back together and yes I tightened back the fluid lines. Now what did I do wrong? Do I need to put more fluid in? Thats what I'm hoping. :nonono:

Why did you loosen the fluid line?! WTF?! If you did that, there is probably air in the lines if did not bleed back out. Also, you may have your pad"wedged" against part of the caliper, making it think the pad is mating to the rotor which it is not. Make sure your pads are parallel to the rotor, and dont ever loosen the line to change pads again. :(

To reduce the volume of old fluid being forced back toward the master cylinder, you open the bleed screw only during the time you are pushing the cylinder back into the caliper bore. Then immediately close it.
