Probably a dumb question but has not stopped me in the past.

Trans coolant lines on my 1970 cracked in a spot and the previous owner just put a split rubber line and a clamp on it (which is also leaking). Wanting to do things right I bought new stainless lines. On the surface it looks like I can just snake the new lines in position w/o removing any other parts underneath.

Just want to check to see if that is correct before I take it on. Appreciate any feedback. thanks

Thanks - that will be this weekends project. Working up to the intake gasket leak and rear seal. Goal is to get all leaks done and then take it in to get floor pans done. This site has been very helpful - with all the work I got I'm sure I will be able to return some help in the future.

I 'snaked' mine through pretty easily but with the radiator and front end off. Take note of the routing around the engine mounts etc. and the lines I got from NPD didnt line up very well with the radiator fittings so might be ready to bend/cut/flare the lines a bit.
