I made some changes this week, removed the GT emblem from the decklid and put the pony decal over the Ford oval, and I like the way it turned out alot:

And where I'm looking for opinions: I was originally planning to take the 281 ovals off the fenders this spring:

and replace them with V6 ponies (with the stripes painted black), but now I'm kind of thinking the 281 ovals go with the pony decal on the decklid... so ... keep the 281's or get the v6 ponies...

The v6 ponies have the red white and blue vertical stripes? If that's the one, it's the one I like. I also like the blue 4.6 emblem for the sides.

Pony on the rear looks good, but the 281 doesn't IMO. Keep the ponies or even the 05+ GT emblems look pretty good on the 99+ cars.

I took the factory GT badges off my fenders and replaced them with the 4.6 high performance badges. Just the otherday I put stripes and then original '67 GT/A badges on as well.

WOW!!!!! This is the first time I've noticed the length difference in the SN95 and the S197...twogts4us and I have the exact same fender emblem. His fits tightly between the fender lip and the door edge where mine is just floating in space.

I like the 4.6 emblem, but it's not really what I'm looking for. I think I'm just going to get the ponies and paint the bars black. Thanks for the input, guys.

I've been looking for some of the 99+ GT emblems... If you want to get rid of your old ones for cheap pm me please

And I do like the look of the pony emblems on those... I think that would be my choice...

Looks good, and the V6 pony fender emblems would give a nice added touch.
