1sy off I will say the drivers side was cake...NOW the passenger side was HELL...lol especially the rear plug...I didn't notice the gap was around .032 so I closed then up to ,028 and I also noticed I had one plug a little darker and I think it was wet..will that cause a bog when cold and a possible backfire ?....I think these plugs where worn they been in the car 3 years with boost and meth going thru it...OH yeah I also changed the ACT sensor boy that was full of dirt and oil type substance ....I took it for a ride it seemed way better but still had a surge and a little rough idle...I think I have an intake manifold leak wonder if that would cause any of these issues?

(Face palm) a vac leak will do all sorts of goofy stuff, especially in an EFI car.

Hook up a vacuum gauge to a manifold port and see what reading you get and if the needle jumps around

Wouldn't that be like my boost gauge? I have good vac and it seems steady at idle.....

No. Vacuum is vacuum from the intake. Boost is boost pressure off the blower

Call me stupid but my boost gauge is off the VAC tree so its reading engine vac as it idling no???? same as if i hooked up a vac gauge to to the same vac tree on the car right?.....my car idles right around 19 to 18 inches of vac....unless im thinking it wrong....

Ok so if i have an intake manifold gasket leak it must be minor then because my vac gauge doesnt move a lot at idle....a little but nothing major.
