Ok I need some Ideas. As of now my car has short subframes welded in (I know I know they came with the car ) and they are NOT coming out without a lot of cutting which Im not willing to do. Im also not willing to weld in a roll cage. So what options do I have left? Im already planning on upper/lower battle boxes but my frame is already starting to tweak from hard launches (hatch dosent line up perfectly anymore) so I need some way to keep the twist under control. My buddy suggested Seat braces...what other options are there on a limited budget?

He allready has subframe connecters of some kind, read before ya post , Any chance you have some pictures so we can see what your subframes look like, Also you could buy a bolt in 6 point bar, I assume you didn't want a rollbar becuase of the welding?, so you could go that route. heres a link to one. http://www.maximummotorsports.com/index.html?http&&&www.maximummotorsports.com/content/home.php

Full length subframes are much better than standard length. Strut tower braces and K-member braces are a good idea.

I dont feel like ripping out my interior for a cage...and yes I dont want to pay for the weld job Im really strapped for cash. Strut tower braces sound like a good idea but I was hoping for something a little sturdier. Ill try to get some pics of the subs but they are just your standard length, nothing special.
