CHEAP/GOOD Combo for Shock/Spring/Strut for 91 mustang???? Please help

I was hoping any of you enthusiest (maybe typo ) have a good and affordable combo for my car. I want to keep my car on the street and it will have about 440-450 hp when completed.

Also, I'm thinking about getting sway bars.. which ones should I get. I'm not looking for top of the line, nor name brand etc etc. I just want a reliable ride that is good for street.

If you can give a ballpark price range that be great also, is this something that can be done at home or does it ned to be taken in to the shop?
