Check engine light from o/r H went off by itself then came back on?!?!?

I have had it on for over a month now and it went a few days without the SES light but once it came on it has stayed on ever since. Then yesterday while driving around it went off on its own, and then today it stayed off for part of the day and then came on again. Why would it shut off and then come back on?

It won't matter in a few days though because I am getting my Xcal 2.

o2 sensors dont read all the time. they go in cycles. in those cycles, they get there readings. for some reason your readings were right during one of the cycles. the cycles usually last 15-20 minutes off, then back on for a few, then off again, i belive. could be wrong tho.

I had the same thing happen to me, but it happened a few days after the install.

Unhook your battery and try again, haven't seen the light on since.

mine tend to do this from time to time....I feel odd not looking at the check engine light all the time
