About 2 weeks ago my check engine light came on. It stayed on for about 2 days then I accelerated quickly from a stoplight and it turned off. Another 2 weeks go by and it comes back on. The next day I do the same thing accelerate quickly from a stop light and it turns off again. Now it has come back on but I have tried accelerating quickly but it is not turning it off now. Anybody know what could be the cause of the check engine light to keep coming on and off?

You sound like your in the same boat I am. I am assuming you no longer have cats on your car since you have the O/R H-pipe. Did you get MIL eliminators? If not you are probably shooting the same codes as me. P0135 and P0155. Faulty O2 sensors. How long ago did you put your H-pipe in?

Yea I dont have any cats on my car. Yes I do have the MIL's and I've had my O/R H-pipe on for about 2 months now. I'm thinking maybe somehow the MIL's are becoming disconnected or something and then those two times I accelerated hard they got pushed back in or something I have no idea.

I also have another problem with my A/C. When I am driving with my A/C on every 30 seconds or so it will do a half second stutter and make a little psh noise that sounds like air is coming out of my tires or something. It only happens when the A/C is on. Anybody know what I need to do to fix this?

Go to your local Autozone or whatever, they should be able to tell you exactly what the check engine light is crying about with their handheld.

Yeah the best thing is to get the codes pulled. When you get them pulled repost them here. I have all of the codes for the 4.6 if they don't tell you what they mean at the shop you go to. I got mine pulled today and they didn't charge me anything. Good luck.
