so when i accelerate hard at all, the check engine light will come on for about 10 seconds or so, and then shut off...anyone know what this is? the car has become extremely sluggish at high rpms.
My only mods are 3.73's, h pipe, pulleys, and borla exhaust. I also just bumped up the timing to 14 degrees.
Thanks

You need to pull the codes.

Use these links. If you don't have a scanner, that is fine. You can use a test light (or voltmeter) in conjunction with a paper clip. The first link show you how to do it. It's very simple.

That's becasue our cars ARE NOT OBD-II!

AZ people seem to try to use OBD-II alot. The thing under the dash is NOT what should be used. The connector for our cars is under the hood, beside the passenger side strut tower. If you take it back to them, make sure to let them know that, lol.

They may or may not do it at the parts store (they wont here). See Justin's links for how to do it yourself in about 5 mins top to bottom.

Good luck.
