ever since i installed my stage 1 cam ive been only pulling 14 inch of merc at idle and i cant hear any visable leaks. ive made sure all hoses are tight and used the pliers on all the lines seeing if itd make a dif but i found nothing. engine has less than 10k miles on it and compression is good. anyway, I was thinking about renting a smoke machine and hooking it up to the intake and see if it leaks out, any ideas?

thanks

Drew

Use a squirt can of motor oil to squirt around the mating surfaces of the manifold & TB. The oil will be sucked into the leaking area and the engine will speed up. Avoid using flammable substitues for the oil such as propane or throttle body cleaner. Fire is an excellent hair removal agent and no eyebrows is not cool...
