Cigarette lighter doesn't work.......

Today I tried to plug in my cell phone in the car, and the cigarette lighter in the center consol by the shifter would not work. I tried the one in the center consol under the arm rest, and it did work. Could they have possibly damaged the cigarette lighter by the shifter when the shop installed my short throw? I checked the fuse and it was alright. Please help!

it could be either the plug disconnected or the ground, just pop off the plastic case and look behind, if it's loose plug it back in. i'm guessing the shop forgot the plug it back in.

You have a triax so its possible you might of knocked it loose when you installed that..
