You gotta take the good with the bad, ive had way more positive expieriences with CL then bad ones.

Got a $370 dollar tonneau cover for 150 and it came with a extra NIB top
Found quarted windows for 50 bucks that were pretty nice
A dealership saw my subaru for sale and bought it off me for a good price
and the best deal i got was a scored about 1800 dollars of 3" bassini exhaust for 500 bucks

I have a good one. Trying to sell a bbk off road h pipe for long tubes. Guy contacts me, we talk, I send pics, agree on price upon inspection.

I drive 20 mins to meet the guy...he brings his whole family in a busted minivan and then tries to guilt trip me into basically giving him the thing for next to nothing because he is unemployed. He even went as far as to say I drove an expensive car and can afford to give it to him for 15 bucks!!!

I was so pissed I just got in car and left.

Same thing happened to me, the dude texts me an offer stating he'll give me a certain ammount of cash for my skinnies and trade me some parts, well i tell him unless he has a F1c i dont need parts and the price is cash only, he then texts me for the next 3 days offering different parts in addition to cash, he even goes as far to try ang uilt me into by saying "well i guess i cant buy your rims since all i can scrape up is 200 and you have EVERYTHING in the world so i cant trade you anything"
