clicking sound after brake install?

I just had Baer brakes installed on my car, they are zinc plated slotted/crossdrilled...and now Im hearing a clicking sound when i drive it gets faster as I brake and its coming only from the rear on both sides...anyone know what it could be?
I havent done the rotor seasoning yet as I dont have 500miles on em.

Make sure that the 2 clips for each pad are installed otherwise the pads can move causing the clicking noise your hearing.

Yes, the drilled rotors make this sound due to gases venting from the pads and getting pressurized in the holes and then popping out of the holes as the pads moves on. It will go away in a couple weeks after all the gas has vented out of the new pads.
