Hey guys, there is small clip/bumper between brake pedal and sensor that activates the brake lights when the brake pedal is depressed... so that clip/bumper got broken and fell off... now break lights are constantly on... any idea what is the part number for that clip and where I can buy it?
Ford dealership doesn't sell this clip/bumper at all... it is one funny place... the only solution they offered is to pay a few hundred bucks to replace the whole brake pedal...
I found a generic set of clip/bumper at Autozone... none of them fit... so I cut one of them with scissors till it fitted in...
