clutch cable issue

hey guys. Just installed my new t5 with a king cobra clutch kit, brand new tob and pilot shaft bearing. I have a upr firewall adjuster, triple hook quadrant and cable is fine. Here's the deal:

The transmission feels solid and the pedal feels great but sometimes I will get binding at the bottom of the pedal travel. I adjusted my fwa as per instructions with mmff having only minor tension on cable. Also, is there a way to get the pedal to engage closer to the floor?? If I just loosen up on the fwa then there will be play in the cable and thats bad

As far as the binding goes, idk maybe the cable is rubbing on your quadrent (not falling in the grove all the way). but if you have an djustable cable then just back out on the bolt at the clutch fork till you get your desired pedal position.

what look on the triple hook do you have it on? should be in the middle.

It is on the middle hook. If I loosen my cable up then there will be actual play in the cable and I don't feel right about that. I have heard mention of shimming out the pivot ball
