Can anyone help me with an idea of how to install a new clutch cable? Does any one have any diagrams or anything? Also about how hard is it.

Yes I am very slow

I did this last week. Ok here it goes.

Jack up the car. Support it real good with proper jack stands.
Get under there and remove the dust shield on the bell housing.
Then pull back on the clutch fork really hard, at the same time remove the cable by moving the cable end towards the larger hole on the clutch fork end.
Push the cable through the line a little bit to make it easier to remove the cable from the quadrant.
Then crawl under the dash, and disconect the line.
After that, go to the firewall, and remove the sheetmetal screw holding the cable tab on the firewall.
Then carefully remove the clutch cable, don't just yank it out, take it easy.

This is further explained in greater detail in the haynes manual 36050.
Chapter 8 Clutch and Driveline. Specifically 8-6.

I can help you more in the morning. No pics right now.

The quadrant is to the right of the steering wheel if you are sittin in the driver's seat. It's on the end of the rod attached to the pedal. It's on the opposite side almost above the gas pedal.
