Clutch / Clutch Pedal Problems

Hey guys, I just had my clutch and throw out bearing replaced by the used car lot I bought the car from, under warrenty. I noticed right away that the pedal was a lot heavier now, and it vibrated a lot, mostly when I wasn't pressing on it. Well after about 40 miles, the pedal suddenly loosened up. Now I can press it 1/2 way down with no effort at all (limp), and then it tightens up again and bearly allows me to disengage the clutch. Changing gears is almost impossible right now. I need the car for the weekend but the mechanic won't be there until monday. Is there a possibility that something just loosened up and can be readjusted? Or is it most likely the T.O.B. I haven't really gotten under the dash to look around yet, and am not familiar with mustangs since I've owned this one for 2 weeks, 1 of which it was in the garage getting "fixed". If anyone can give me an idea of what the problem could be, I would appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.

check at quadrant. may be cable slipped off?
Or quadrant simply broke? OEM quadrant is crap, and theem nylon quadrant is prone to brake if especially initial effor was high
