So about 7 months ago i installed a set of LT bbk headers. There was some issues with my shift fork clearance. It "Fixed" itself by melting half of it off.....bad, but ill live with it. So now, I install my new strikeforce Heads, and reinstalled my headers.....now the shift fork will not release all the way. It gets caught on the header about 50% engaged....

i was hoping to get it programed tomorrow, but I cant do that with no clutch.... Any ideas?

Can you allow enough clearance dinging or denting the header pipe with a ball ping hammer without causing flow issues?

Well I solved the issue with a little southern ingenuity .
I used a torch to heat up the headers at the bend, then used a BF prybar to "ease" the header over until i had clearance. I also had to bend the pipe in front of the X pipe to make it meet up. All is working now. I just need to get it programed today. Ill let yall know the HP after tuning. And hopefully Friday I will get a new ET with my parts.

Thanks for the help!!! :SNSign:
