It's about time I replace my clutch, and I am wondering if there are going to be any interesting problems I might run into while doing this. I have an O/R X-pipe, so exhaust removal will be easy, since the bolts still look good. Last car I did a clutch on was a 92 Escort GT, and that wasn't too bad, so I can only imagine the stang is easier. Anything special I should look for, and any specialty tools involved? I've only got two days to do this in, so I want to be extra prepared. Thanks!

there's no hidden tricks to it . just make sure the clutch kit you buy has the clutch alighnment tool before you begin your job. and maybe have a extra hand if your by yourself doing this on the ground. and you should be fine. good luck :nice:

I just bought the Centerforce DF, along with the TO bearing and Ford Pilot bearing for around $400. Cheapest place I found it for my T45.

edited: forgot to include where i bought it from :rlaugh: summit.com

more useless spam from you i see

:stupid: i have seen many spam posts from him . one of the reasons i think for so many bad tech posts is the fact that post count only goes up in tech section. this leads too people that don't know **** posting about tech.

if this was my site i would either get rid of post counts or have it count in all forums. then the less knowledgeable members will stop poting bad tech,.
